Soap For Hope Youth Entrepreneurs is a 20-week workforce development program and internship that teaches youth how to run a small business while developing essential leadership skills for today’s job market. Students gain hands-on experience at your franchised soap shop, where they acquire expertise in manufacturing, product development, quality control, cost analysis, marketing, and sales. Franchised locations also offer opportunities for continued internships and employment.

The Youth Entrepreneurs curriculum, designed by a master soap maker and educators, incorporates STEM education in areas such as math, fractions, percentages, compounds, and chemical reactions. Leadership training focuses on key skills like determination, risk assessment, public speaking, teamwork, and accountability. By the end of the 20-week course, students graduate with the skills and mindset necessary to thrive in the modern workforce.
